Internet: the same vector of information in the world and the companies
Automatically translated into English thanks to WorldLingo
Is technology Internet, transposed in the companies for the Intranets, aujourd? today L? basic tool of the division of L? information in the world and the companies.
A tool of communication for all
Since L? explosion of L? Did general public Internet since 1993, the Web become the place of communication par excellence, virtual place, at point qu? it was said a little quickly that L? Did Internet become the virtual double of the real world, at point qu? one spoke about planetary village to translate L? psychological idea of contracting of planet and D? spaces without territories.
So that, of confined in the world of scientific research qu? it was at the beginning, Internet became the world channel of communication for all: companies and also private individuals. Rare are aujourd? today credits and the young people who N? D do not have? e-mail; rare are the public companies and organizations which N? do not have a Web site. Internet, by the transport and the sites D? did information or of transaction, become the common denominator of L? economic activity of the developed countries. And it also offers, by the reasonableness of investments qu? it supposes, of the possibilities D? access geared down to knowledge and the culture for the developing countries.
A Net success technical and economic
the great success of this new vector of communication is very largely conditioned at the low induced development costs. Even if the installation D? does a Web site require an expertise and know-how, L? is investment without common measurement with the heavy setting in? uvre of average data processing of the Eighties and Nineties. Is this due to the simplicity of setting in? uvre, but also with the fall of the production costs of the materials, combined with L? considerable increase in the processing capabilities and volumes of storage. A resourcefulness? is electronic information elaborate aujourd? today with the range D? SME, even D? a liberal cabinet where it was at one time reserved for the large companies.
Shouldn't know-how always necessary
the democratization of such means of communication let believe only, if C? is easy, not expensive and if that can pay large, it is enough to arrange its site in its corner. Is the technical development of Web pages almost also simple aujourd? today what the drafting of documents in text processing, but technical backgrounds supposed, the knowledge of the language of description of page HTML, L? technical environment D? a site, and over all, the methods of and rational management project control of Internet sites or Intranet are the essential conditions to effectively conclude their realization and their maintenance.
To think Internet sites/Intranet
Tool of communication, a Web site or an Intranet is thought as tel. It S? integrates in the total device of external communication or intern of L? organization, thus qu? in terms D? ergonomics of resourcefulnesses? information.
Tool for diffusion D? is information, a Web site or an Intranet also thought in leading terms and D? documentary organization.
Qu? it is externalisé with L? origin or developed and updated in-house, it is thought of course in terms of profiles of competences and volume of work. It does not develop nor S? amine at wasted time, S? registered voter inevitably in the duration and must thus be thought on the long term and not punctually.
In D? is other terms, an Internet site or Intranet thought and managed, in all its dimensions, or else it ceases D quickly? to be used and L? investment, for moderate qu? it is, N? is not shown a profit.
Methods and tools
the present part of this site will propose little by little texts concerning the methods and the tools for developing well Intranets or Web sites.
Currently, only the Méthodologie heading is open. The others will be fed with the wire of the months.

HASMITO (1955), in a synthesis of former research on L? influences video games, stresses that “L? can intensive explosion with the video games bring eye trouble at L? child, that causes tiredness and ocular pains in the shoulders and of the headaches and these symptoms are in relation to the duration of play. To play D more? one hour at a distance D? does one meter cause also a reduction in L? vision”.
IMPACT OF THE VIDEO PLAYS ON L? AGGRESSIVENESS
In connection with L? impact of the video games on L? aggressiveness, one finds the same observations as for television. Certain research tends to show that L? does use of the video games support thereafter aggressive behaviors in the life, D? do others testify D? a catalytic effect. It is argued that, in the effects, in the short run, the children, youngest tend to imitate the aggressive acts of the plays, whereas this N? is not true for oldest (more than 10 years).
TELEVISION EAST an AGENT OF SOCIALISTAION
the market of the communication and L? is explosion of multi-media specialized more and more and competing, which makes it inaccessible to those which N? the essential rudiments for S did not acquire? y to adapt. In this context, teenagers, increasingly dedicated to the mode and L? use of the NTIC, become a population at risk, generator of social violence. The TV or L? Does Internet play a part D? agent of socialization which often replaces L? school and the family. role qu? it cheek is D? as much more central, lorsqu? it S? acts of population the most stripped. Does this systematically check in all research undertaken all over the world .les more stripped children still than the others assign with the mediae a social function D? training. It S? D does not act? a didactic function but D? a function of socialization, subjacent qu? they receive by the means of the entertainment and more particularly of the account and the narrative one.

Related to country: South Africa
